Bringing a touch of Napoli to Bangkok, Ciao Terrazza serves a selection of traditional Italian dishes accompanied by spectacular views of the ‘River of Kings’ or of the original Authors’ Wing façade.
Classic Italian dishes and Spuntino (Italian tapas) can be enjoyed at Ciao Terrazza in a stylish, yet relaxed setting. From crostini to garganelli to ossobuco, the dishes all have been given a twist by the chef. The wide-ranging wine selection carefully curated by the restaurant’s sommelier will take you through Italy’s different regions.
At the heart of the restaurant is the fiery oven, used to create artisanal pizzas as well as home-made pastas and risottos, all of which are guaranteed to appeal to savvy gourmands and those with the most discerning palates. At the chef’s table, groups of up to four people can watch the chefs at work from an air-conditioned area overlooking the kitchen. The menu can be tailor-made or enjoyed à la carte.
