How to get there

  • There is a free shuttle boat leaving Sathorn Pier regularly from 4:00pm, shuttle boats from Asiatique to Sathorn Pier leaving until 11:00pm. You can also take a tuk tuk from Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain station.

Water Festival 2018 will take place at 8 sites along the Chao Phraya River:

• Yod Pi Man River Walk
• Asiatique the Riverfront
• Lhong 1919

A special highlight is Asiatique, with its opportunity for guests to see an exhibition on the “Pa Khao Ma”, visit its tunnel of holy water blessed by four royal temples, and concerts from Thai bands like Image, Polycat, and 60 Miles.

Other highlights include the street food trail, a special route going around the area of the festival showcasing some of the best of the area’s street vendors. See the maps and list of vendors with their signature dishes here.

The free shuttle boat is the easiest way to get to all eight sites! The morning route runs the whole circuit from 9AM to 6PM and the evening route runs between Asiatique, Sathorn Pier, and Lhong 1919 from 5PM to 10PM.
