Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is delighted to welcome Chef Alain Solivérès, Chef de Cuisine from Michelin two-star restaurant Le Taillevent in Paris, for a special six-day culinary journey at Le Normandie from 4 to 9 July.
A native of Béziers in southern France, Chef Solivérès has worked in many of France’s most prestigious fine dining institutions over the past three decades. His motto is ‘true cooking is all about simplicity’. During his visit, Chef Solivérès will showcase his culinary philosophy of using tradition to inspire innovation, and respecting the seasons.
Le Taillevent, one of the most highly regarded restaurants in Paris, marks its 70th anniversary this year and joins Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in our 140th Anniversary celebration for this very special event at Le Normandie. This event is supported by Etihad Airways.
