Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok bids a welcome return to Michel Roux, O.B.E. as the special guest chef at Le Normandie from 25 to 30 September.
Located on the banks of the Thames in the 16th-century village of Bray, The Waterside Inn is a legendary “restaurant with bedrooms”, which has been serving inspirational French cuisine since 1972. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star in the UK Guide’s launch publication in 1974; a second followed in 1977 before the ultimate accolade in 1985, when The Waterside Inn achieved three Michelin stars.
Today, under the leadership of Michel’s son, Chef Patron Alain Roux, The Waterside Inn remains the only restaurant in the world outside France to have retained those coveted stars for more than 30 years.
We invite you to join us for this exclusive culinary highlight, including lunch and dinner menus plus a spectacular Wine Dinner finale on 30 September.
