River City Bangkok is now closed until 31 May 2020 in compliance with effort to limit the spread of COVID-19.
RCB AT HOME, found on River City Bangkok’s website, has been created in response to everyone’s need to stay at home during the restrictions of movement and access to public buildings such as River City. On the RCB AT HOME tab, content is divided into three categories:
1. Exhibitions
Read inspiring and insightful stories about two of the world’s most famous artists, and forthcoming exhibitions at River City: Vincent Van Gogh and Andy Warhol. Discover some unknown anecdotes through graphic and animated presentation.
2. RCB Auctions
Grand Auction has been postponed to Saturday 1st August at RCB Auctions on the 4th floor of River City Bangkok. Thirty-five years of operation has helped us build a professional team with enviable expertise. Those of you who have sold or bought objects at RCB Auctions, you will know of the preview period two weeks prior to each auction. We will continue to showcase highlight lots (pieces for sale). A special collection of pieces in the next Grand Action are objects made by Thai artisans and exhibited in Paris back in 1997.

3. Collectables
Some of the antique traders have been at River City since we opened 35 years ago, many for almost as long. Each of our traders has their own special expertise – a deep knowledge of the craftsmanship disciplines they come face to face with every day. People passionate and knowledgeable about Thai Bencharong porcelain, Chinese ceramics, and Tibetan furniture, and a wide range of decorative items for the home.
