River City Bangkok presents a series of extraordinary Italian events to celebrate the Italian festival week in Thailand
The World Week of Italian Cuisine reaches its second edition with the aim of promoting Italian culinary traditions and food & wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture and it will take place from 20 to 26 November 2017 under the official slogan “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” with more than 1,000 activities scheduled worldwide such as workshops and conferences, meetings with the chefs, food-and-wine tasting and dinners, commercial promotion programmes, cooking classes, cultural events, screening of food related films and much more.
On Nov 24, Italian Embassy in Thailand, in cooperation with River City Bangkok will organize “Piazza Italiana” on 24 November – 3 December 2017 at RCB Artery, 1st floor, River City Bangkok, as part of the 2nd Italian Cuisine Week in the World. The event aims at offering authentic cuisine culture of Italy, including typical food, drinks and products to the public. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the Italian food and drinks with the best ingredients in the world, reflecting the true Italian taste.
On the same occasion, room no 201 at 15.00 hrs onwards, Mr. Daniele Ferri, Head Coach of Thailand Women Water Polo Team, will also hold a conference about sport nutrition and Italian food impact on performance. Other highlight of the event is the screening of the movie “Ricette d’Amore” presented by Dante Alighieri Society. The film begins at 19.00 onwards hrs. on 2nd floor at Room No. 201, River City Bangkok on 24 November 2017. The program has English subtitles.
River City Bangkok, in collaboration with Italian Embassy in Thailand, is proud to present Massimo Listri’s stunning photographic exhibition ”Interni Italiani: Prospettive” as its theme which will be showcased at RCB Galleria during 24 November 2017 – 7 January 2018 at 10.00 – 20.00 hrs. The exhibition will feature a wide range of Massimo Listri’s photographic collections.
