An exciting part of this year’s Italian Festival in Thailand will be the celebration of the 500th anniversary of Leonardo Da Vinci. The Embassy of Italy and Rai Com in collaboration with RIVER CITY BANGKOK proudly present Leonardo OPERA OMNIA, an exhibition that showcases the paintings of the widely celebrated Italian artist, Leonardo Da Vinci.

The exhibition consists of 17 of da Vinci’s most prominent masterpieces, reproduced in digital form and in the exact dimensions of the original artworks. They include: “Mona Lisa”, “L’Annunciazione” and the rarely seen “The Last Supper”, the art piece found in the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Milano.

Thanks to the use of sophisticated digital techniques, the visitor is able to examine and enjoy the great master’s most famous works of art like never before. The backlighting system adjusts the light intensity and the color temperature, the first time these works have been presented with these enhancements, providing a truly unique experience.

The exhibition is the collaboration of a number of highly regarded professional photographers whose skill in reproducing the artwork in high resolution is clearly evident.

Leonardo OPERA OMNIA exhibition will be open to public view from 4th September – 7th October 2019 on the 3rd floor. This free-entry art event is concurrent with ITALIAN RENAISSANCE World Premiere multimedia exhibition which will take place at RCB Galleria (2nd floor) until October 31.
