Experience “Hakugakusen” sake from Fukui, Japan paired with Cantonese dinner, and meet with Mr. Takeshi Yasumoto, chief brewer of Yasumoto Shuzo and 47th generation of the Yasumoto family that’s behind the famous Hakugakusen distillery.
The journey to experience Hakugakusen includes Hakugakusen Junmai Daiginjo, Hakugakusen Tokusen, Hakugakusen Okuetsu Gohyakumangoku, Hakugakusen Wine Cell and the highlight being the Hakugakusen Mizunara sake barrel aged. Mr. Yasumoto will present these exceptional sakes throughout your culinary journey.
The welcome reception, with Sake inspired cocktails, starts at 7:00 pm, followed by a six-course Cantonese dinner by Ball Yau, our Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef and his team at Mei Jiang restaurant.
