From May to June, Thailand’s central region dishes that are loaded with freshest ingredient and originated in the royal palace will be extraordinary menus for you to savor. Beginning with an Appetizer Set including Pan seared scallops with spicy green mango salad, Boiled pork, shrimp chicken, vermicelli wrapped with flour sheet spring roll and more (THB 650++) followed by flavorful main dishes; Fried River Prawns with salt, pepper, chili, spring onion and coriander (THB 800++) and Deep-fried Fillet of Snapper topped with Fresh lemongrass and Thai spicy (THB 650++).
