Executive Chef Marc Cibrowius starts his kitchen melody by conducting his culinary brigade to create new international menu selections and additional food stations that will ‘wow’ guests and their families when they step into this riverside restaurant. Guests can indulge in an extended spread of the freshest Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab and fresh Pacific Oysters from the ocean; Porcini Risotto and pasta from the Volti Italian live station; Foie Gras, Marinated King Prawn and Northern-Style Pork Sausage from the BBQ and grill station; or Western delights from the Wagyu Beef Burger station and Hot Dog station.
Guests may also catch the chefs at work and enjoy fresh Sashimi and Nigiri from the Land of the Rising Sun; popular Shang Palace Peking Duck from the Land of the Dragon; Chicken Shawarma and Pita Bread from Middle Eastern and Greek station; Indian favourites, such as Tandoori Prawns; or be amazed with authentic Thai dishes at NEXT2’s street food paradise.
An interesting selection of imported international cheeses, including Brie de Meaux, Manchego, Gruyère, Munster and Pecorino are available. Dessert lovers and chocoholics of all ages are treated to a series of colourful pastries, creamy desserts, plus 12 home-made ice cream flavours and a flowing chocolate fountain.
The guests’ relaxing time with the breath-taking view of the Chao Phraya River is enhanced with beautiful live jazz music.
