60 Days on Bangkok River – Winners

We are now proud to announce the winners of the 1st Bangkok River street photography competition. At the end of last year, Bangkok River held its very first street photography competition. We wanted to achieve two things. One was for people to capture moments within the neighborhoods of the Chao Phraya and tell unspoken stories. The other was to help showcase the talent and keen eyes of the people who visited the river.

We would like to thank all of our entrants and congratulate the winners. Among the more than 800 photographs entered, the images below represent the favorites of the judges of 60 Days on Bangkok River. Our winning photographers have each won a weekend stay at each of the luxury hotels on Bangkok River: two nights, for two people including breakfast.

We highly encourage you to also search #bkkrvr on Facebook and Instagram to look through all entries. The striking images submitted by people from all walks of life remind us that the river is a great source of inspiration and needs to be visited and recorded for memory. Retrace the steps of these photographers and we hope you will find stories to collect and enter into subsequent competitions!

A big thank you to our partner hotels: Anantara Bangkok Riverside, Chatrium Hotel Riverside, Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside, Royal Orchid Sheraton, Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok and The Peninsula Bangkok.
